CEO-Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Pendleton holds an M.A. in School & Community Psychology and an M.A. in Educational Psychology. In addition to co-leading GPS Solutions, he is the founder, owner and CEO of GPS Education Services, providing special education and at-risk services to charter schools since 2007. Anthony is a School and Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience consulting and working cooperatively with school administrators, teachers, students and parents in providing prevention, assessment and intervention efforts. In addition to his work as a psychologist, Anthony has contributed extensively through collegiate and public and private school organizations to seek out ways to increase opportunities for urban and disadvantaged groups in school and secondary education. Anthony is a graduate of Word of Faith International Christian Center Kingdom Business Association and Layperson where he learned servant leadership and stewarding principles. He is also certified in 3M Quality Service Management.

CKO – Chief Knowledge Officer

Christopher Plum holds a Ph.D. in K-12 Educational Leadership and an M.A. in Educational Psychology. He has served as both a teacher and an administrator in charter, traditional public, and private schools for over 15 years, having served as Interim Superintendent at the Plymouth Educational Center in Detroit, Michigan. As a building and district-level leader, Christopher was responsible for creating a district-wide vision of readiness for all students, directing support services programming, leading school improvement, creating curricula, leading NCA accreditation, launching a district-wide K-12 Mandarin Language Program, creating innovative staffing programs, and successfully launching and staffing a high school in Detroit which currently graduates nearly 100% of its students and sends over 90% of graduates to colleges and universities. Dr. Plum recently co-developed and implemented a clinical teacher preparation and Secondary Teacher Masters Degree program in Detroit. He is also a trainer in Restorative Practices.
